・モデル名表記のある時間枠はご希望の素材やダイアルでの購入をお約束するものではございません。
・購入はご予約いただいたご本人に限らせていただきます。
・モデル名表記のある時間枠から当該モデルを購入の場合は、当予約枠へのリクエストは1年間無効となります。
・表記されるモデル名は今後予告なく変更になる場合があります。

○【ご希望来店日選択】にて選択可能な日時のリクエストを承ります。
○お名前欄には漢字（フルネーム）、フリガナ欄にはカタカナ（フルネーム）の入力をお願いいたします。
※リクエスト画面で入力する情報は、ご来店時にご提示いただく本人確認書類と一致している事をご確認ください。
ご本人と確認できた場合のみご入店いただけます。
〇リクエストの際には認証コードの入力が必要となります。その後、ご入力いただいたメールアドレス宛に自動でメッセージを送信させていただきます。
※携帯電話のキャリアメール（NTTドコモ・au・SoftBankなど）は、当店からのメールが届かない可能性がございます。キャリアメール以外のメールアドレス（Gmail、Yahoo!メールなど）のご利用をご検討ください。

◆ご来店時の注意事項
○ご来店時には本人確認書類と予約確定メールをご提示ください。内容を確認させていただきます。
○ご来店の権利をリクエストされたご本人以外の方へ譲渡することはご遠慮ください。
○ご来店は原則1組2名様までとさせていただきます。
○ご購入の本数は制限させていただきます。
