○リクエストはお1人様期間内1回限りでお願いいたします。重複されたリクエストはすべて無効とさせていただきます。ご本人確認時に本人確認書類と異なった内容でリクエストされた場合は、ご入店をお断りさせていただきます。
◆リクエスト時の注意事項
○【ご希望来店日選択】にて選択可能な日時のリクエストを承ります。
○お名前欄には漢字（フルネーム）、フリガナ欄にはカタカナ（フルネーム）の入力をお願いいたします。
※リクエスト画面で入力する情報は、ご来店時にご提示いただく本人確認書類と一致している事をご確認ください。
ご本人と確認できた場合のみご入店いただけます。
〇リクエスト完了後、ご入力いただいたメールアドレス宛に自動でメッセージを送信させていただきます。
※携帯電話のキャリアメール（NTTドコモ・au・SoftBankなど）は、当店からのメールが届かない可能性がございます。キャリアメール以外のメールアドレス（Gmail、Yahoo!メールなど）のご利用をご検討ください。
※「＠reservation.lexia-ginza.com」からのメールが受信出来るよう、ドメイン指定設定をお願いいたします。
〇通信料はお客様のご負担となります。
○先着順ではございませんが、ご案内できる人数に限りがあるため、ご希望に添えない場合もございます。
〇こちらの予約はあくまで来店をお約束するもので、商品のご購入をお約束するものではございません。
○転売目的の方のリクエストは固くお断りいたします。
◆ご来店時の注意事項
○ご来店時には本人確認書類と予約確定メールをご提示ください。内容を確認させていただきます。
○ご来店の権利をリクエストされたご本人以外の方へ譲渡することはご遠慮ください。
○ご来店は原則1組2名様までとさせていただきます。
○ご購入の本数は制限させていただきます。

For Customer Service, a reservation is not required, and please visit the shop directly.
To make a reservation, please choose a date and time.

After this reservation request is completed successfully, the message from "@reservation.lexia-ginza.com" will be sent automatically to your email address. You will be contacted by email when the reservation is confirmed.

This reservation is not transferable to others.
Visitors are limited to two people per group.
